Ellen received her BBA and MBA from Southern Methodist University, where she served on the faculty of the Edwin L. Cox Business Leadership Center for more than 15 years. Her first corporate experience was leading a $90 million profit center of 500 employees for Exxon in the 1970’s, where she was the highest-ranking female in Marketing, with five promotions in just 11 years. After earning her MEd from Harvard University, Ellen directed the merger/acquisition process, including authoring a change management guide, for a national healthcare alliance that grew from 1,000 to 5,000 employees.
Ellen founded her namesake company in 1991. Her reputation for credibility, service and excellence has enabled Ellen to generate 100% of her clients through referral and repeat business. Even with her busy schedule, Ellen remains active in the community as a member of the Hispanic 100 and co-author of Tortilla Soup for the Spirit,which celebrates the Latina heritage.
